http://moochysphere.blogspot.com I am a Music Technology teacher at a private college in Manchester, UK. I produce mainly during my downtime at work, and often what i create I use to demonstrate Cubase SX3 and Reason to my students. Ive been using Cubase since the Atari days of Cubase v1 and a monitor emulator. All i had back then was an AKAI S1000 and a drum synthesiser (which i built out of a kit for GCSE Electronics in 1989). Im also a Grade 7 violinist with a classical music background, and i have been a member of several amateur orchestras during my younger years. However, since 1992 ive lost touch with this side of my music (when clubbing and raves came along) but i still play my electric violin for fun. I then moved to Manchester where i studdied at the School of Sound Recording, getting a job there in '97. This was a great few years, staying up all weekend, eating junk, recording bands and refining my sound when they had gone home. I have never released anything, but i'm going to change that now that my son is 18 months old and grown most of his teeth. And its about time i recorded my damn violin! I have got some of my music here on MP3 Unsigned, or here on Dance-Industries. Comments welcome, Cheers! *Rubs hands together gleefully* Now where did i put my Cubase dongle?
