I love my m-audio axiom... sturdy construciton, solid feeling semi-weighted keys, and intuitive midi configuration
plus... 8 trigger pads, 8 rotary encoders, 9 sliders, 15 buttons (including 6 reassignable transport buttons)
Also it only requires one USB cable - no power cable, no MIDI cable.

Cheers!

Hmm, thanks for the link - looks like CME does offer some unique features and construction suited more for moving about if you have a few more bucks to spend.

I use a bcr2000 and for the price (approx £89) its absolute class.
I mix inside the box so have it configured with four channels then use the rest of the rotaries / buttons for fx, send / return etc, etc.
im now saving for a Korg Zero 4, would really like a DJM800 but after playing on the Zero 4 it does everything i need.

I'm very happy with the Remote Zero SL that I got recently. The thing is very flexible which is always nice since your template/setup often changes over time.

I second the Remote SL series, I recently purchased a 25 key SL Compact and I don't know how I've lived without an interface with rotaries, an lcd, and that automapped plugins for so long. I picked mine up for $250 on ebay but you can find them around the $200 range, don't think I could've found better for the price.

Just got the CME UF8, nice keyboard great build!
Shame the drivers are a bit shit!! (notes holding apparently works fine using the midi out)
Still, this device is about to get a "class compliant" hardware update, (wont need a driver )
Also have M-Audio O2 which does the job!

The Remote SL series is by far heads and shoulders above others out there. For the price you can't go wrong.

Novation Remote SL 61 retails $600 US,
Got one on Ebay yestderday for $300, barely used.
Cant wait for it to arrive, I've been working without a controller for 2 weeks now, and I haven't come up with any compelling harmonies since then.

for my money I'd look at: http://www.cme-pro.com |
that could be what happened to my labtop my usbports got fried. i b ought a coulple m audio things 2, i should have done more research first. i had 2 m audio midi controllers one stoped working the other i sold, my and one of my m audio monitors gives off static and does go as loud as the other. i'm def gonna stay away from m audio from now on.
