I gotta give him lots for credits for his groove I mean in the stuff that sells but I saw him here in Prague and I was almost falling asleep cos it was so boring. I like few of his tunes but still canīt get this whole deadmau5 hype

Fair enough fella, at the end of the day it's all about personal taste, then again I won't comment on his live performance as this will be my 1st time.
I'll give you a shout after the 19th

I saw him here in austin this past weekend....most disappointing set ever. he had a prerecorded 2 hour set done on ableton just throwing in a few samples and then flooding the whole thing with 3 different fx machines. The crowd went nuts but every dj watching him just shook their head. reminds me of the interview with Matt Rowan
http://progressivehouse.com/forums/Industry-News-&-Interviews/matt-rowan-interview-12508.html
Plus he's a prick. he wouldnt let me unhook my stuff from the booth so he could set up his, finally I guess he realized that my set up was in his way. then he took it upon himself to tear down my laptop and external harddrive but forgot to give me my power supply......mau5 you owe me 30$.
Sorry about the negative feedback, it was just a negative experience.

He's a good engineer I'll give him that much. His tunes always sound amazing sonically but his tracks all sound the same.
And I've seen how he works in the studio and that made me lose a lot of respect for him.

To be fair I haven't heard alot of his stuff, so I can't really argue with what you are saying but Faxing Berlin is probably my favourite track of 07.

I actually like his Monochrome tune he did under BSOD to be fair, but almost all his stuff is forgettable.

His older stuff was fantastic, Beautiful Monday, If I Could Fly, Space Mountain Tablet.
He then moved into a genre he called Trouse which was his apparent mixture of house and trance but in all fairness he should have called it a load of pish. Cos thats exactly what it was.

Even his earlier stuff I didn't like, it just didn't do anything.
