I'm 36 and have been making music since the 90's. Mainly Hip Hop but have dabbled in over styles.
Never had anything released but have allowed people to download my stuff for free as well as worked with record lables.
Enough about me, this is about my wifey. She is a little older and can sing. She has always wanted to do something but never had the confidence to do anything about it. She beleives she is too old to do music now cause the chance has pasted her by.
I don't beleive what she is saying. I beleive if you don't want to be a celeb/star then why worry about the age limit. If it is good then it's good. I know it would a waiste of time me trying to convence her otherwise unless I have proof but don't know where to find it. (Susan bowle is not an option)
Am I wrong? Do I suffer from Megamoronegotisistic?

that was his first serious and remarkable role!!!
Geoffrey Rush had his first role at the age of 45.....and he got the Oscar for this movie, right away!!! Remember "Shine"?
so tell you wife to "Shine" while she can and want!!!
no one can stop her or you or me from achieveing the dream!!!
fuck the doubters! |
They are very good examples. I showed her and she said ohh. Sorry for taking so long to reply

To be honest I havent a clue who these people are so I looked them up. I show her and she said-They seem to have started making an impact in ther 20's. Couldn't arguee with that.

X Factor, American Idol and a lot of other shows would disprove your wife's claim. Coax her into trying things out. God bless you both.
