I'm a former metalhead myself. I still like some these days. Like most genres of music I only like certain eras. My big Trance days were 2000-2008. I moved from epic to progressive. I still like most things progressive still like breaks, house and trance. My favorite bpm range is 128-132 give or take a couple of bpm. So yes, it seems as I get older I like to slow it down, I have hard time listening to 140 bpm trance and stuff because the music goes faster than I want to. I'm laid back and I can't be with that music</description>
