  As a sub label of Pangea, created in late 2004, 1Shot Recordings was formed in order to promote tracks that were not progressive in nature, and had a different sound while still providing a great beat to dance to. Look for more quality releases from 1shot in 2007 as well.

  Russian Dr. Yohanson graces 1Shot with its seventh release via his Kaleidoscope/Arpeggio EP. The tracks in this EP contain elements of electro, tech house and progressive, which means that there is something for everyone in this package. Kaleidescope is an infusion of phat electro bass-lines, dreamy vocals, and pretty synths that come together to make one heck of a smooth groove. Arpeggio is a more energetic tune with an electro edge that has an awesome build up and break down which is quite hard to find in today's electro dance tracks. The last track on the EP, Pusher, is pure electro madness and will make electro purists very happy indeed.
