Release Date: Jul 8th, 2008
» User Rating: 5.0/5
» Promo Pool: 5.0/5
Claudio Vittori (CL. Audio) has been releasing amazing techno, house and minimal from his home of Milano, on his own imprint Machine Jockey (named to describe his ecletic live tehcno sets).
Boring Citites and Dirty Contract both straddle the genre fence, with the drive of progressive, and feel of techno and minimal.
New york's Christopher Manik has had many recent successful releases for top labels Definitive, Morrison, Play Digital and Audio Logic. His mix is a perfect blend of minimal and deep techno, while showcasing the original track. Aaron Lee has been releasing top quality tunes on his own Giant Squid Recordings, with several of his releases/remixes recently topping the Balance Record Pool chart, his pumped up tech-house remix is a fine example of his talents. Label chief Kris B
takes a dark, deep, atmospheric techno approach, accenting long builds, re-working the original with even bigger dynamics.
