This is in part, a solid release from Invision Recordings. It includes a variety of Original music on this four track compilation.
Lars Schneemann - Katja is a great solid original with unique beats and well flowing prog structure to keep the groove going!
Morten Alick and Casper - Hong Kong High gives exactly the feeling it's entitled. With it's trancey eastern synth lines and punchy kicks, it makes me feel like I'm on the streets of Hong Kong watching traffic. A bit too laid back for the club but could sit great in a home mix set, I know quite a few DJ who would play this.
Osictone - Under the Sunshine is also very similarly laid back, very synth heavy melodic track but this one is the least favorite on this compilation. A bit too melodic and trancey like for my personal taste making it hard to comment.
Oscictone - Far Away another synth heavy melodic track but at a much slower tempo. I said the previous was the least favorite, well I take that back. More like some kind of dub trance or downtempo than prog. Interesting to listen to anyway.
Overall the first two tracks are solid, and the Oscictone tracks don't really fit on this release and are quite out of place here comparatively.
