Jan Peters - Eurospace (Red Session Records)

Previously racing striaght to the top of the progressive house chart is Red Sessions release Jan Peters "Eurospace"

This cheerful tune has a real European flavour to it.

The original comes with a melodic bagdrop, frankly a little more handbag then hard on this mix. The whole production here hinges on a synth lead that would make any 80s pop band proud.

Wize Remix kick harder and steers to a more edgy, if offers a few different angle of this track in fact, if takes its time to build but leave suspense on the track outcome. The bass hit in late taking us to the track conclusion.

Red Eye continues to build harder and in typical fashion clings to the bass line, the european sound in re-introduced here but this time with the kick more visible.

Eletrobios and Electrospect is next and again the bass is dominant, more drift in here and an all new melody, some nice stuff if you go for the lighter end of progressive. Real nice simple held strings to introduce the main riff in a more orchestral manner.

DJ Zya remix end the pack the kick come in heavy while the strings purr softly in the background. A simplistic look at the track this might be the one with the most edge about it, and its subtle sound introductions make it quite a nice listen.

As said before this is real Euro sound to this and also a very 80s movie feel about it, this release should fair well with the average DJ as you can imagine a crowd going for that lead.
