Solar Cycle - House Session (Nuform Music)
Getting his start in the late 90’s, DJ Markitos began producing his first tracks, which were predominately trance and techno sounds. From there he has progressed into his own new sound, which he calls “a summer cocktail of Chill, House, Electronica, and Ambient.” Now going by the name of Solar Cycle this London producer has released a new album titled HOUSE SESSIONS which contains 10 chill/house tracks.

The only one that I'm reviewing is titled Along, which contains some sexy deep basses complimented by an intriguing echoing synth riff and simplistic processed vocals. The vocals are kept to a minimum, helping to keep the track deep and groovy while adding a lighter ethereal element that brings a smile to your face and a little bit of a head bob to the beat. Overall House Sessions is definitely a track worth having in your collection, as every time I have let it roll out the speakers, it has always been a pleaser.
