Rami Deejay - Sinister Habit (CITRIC Recordings)
Release Date: August 13th, 2008
Reviewed: 3.5/5
User Rating: 4.0/5

Citric Recordings brings on it's third release; this one coming from longtime New York DJ turned producer, Rami Deejay.

Sinister Habit is a well crafted tech tune, filled with filtered & reverbed percussion, bells and snares. It has a very clean sound to it, and builds very nicely. Things progress up to an epic climax toward the end, which makes 'Sinister Habit' a perfect piece for building a set. While not quite peak-hour material, this one is definitely groovy enough to get people moving, and it's well-mastered; meaning it sounds great in the club.

Sinister Habit is definitely a very impressive track, especially considering it's Rami Deejay's first big release. If you're into tech house with an extremely clean sound, this is a must for your collection. Be on the lookout for Rami in the future, because judging by this release, there's a lot more to come.
